Binding rules, guidelines and contracts must be adhered to. This is also anchored in our compliance goals.

Our understanding of compliance

We understand the term compliance to mean all measures that are intended to ensure compliance with binding regulations, guidelines and contracts by the companies of the ALDI Nord Group and their employees.

Our compliance management system

The compliance management system of the ALDI Nord Group (“CMS”) is designed to help all employees to live up to our core values at all times. The primary objective is to ensure and promote the sustainable success of the ALDI Nord Group and to avert any damage from it. The CMS thus serves to protect our group of companies and our employees.

Compliance concerns us all

Potential compliance violations must be identified and addressed at an early stage so that any misconduct can be stopped as quickly as possible. We are therefore grateful to our employees, customers, business partners and other third parties when they point potential compliance violations out to us. For this purpose, we have set up a secure whistleblower system: Home - BKMS System (bkms-system.com). This means that information can be submitted worldwide and around the clock: securely, confidentially and, if desired anonymously.
