Your tasks
- Provide expert support to international users, troubleshooting and resolving complex Salesforce Service Cloud issues.
- Act as the primary contact for user inquiries, system errors, and escalated support tickets.
- Collaborate with development teams on data maintenance, system updates, and feature deployments:
- Configure and optimize flows, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
- Support the implementation, testing, and rollout of new features, integrations, and enhancements.
- Ensure high data quality through imports/exports, deduplication, and data management best practices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, roles, and profiles.
- Document processes, solutions, and best practices for end-users and IT colleagues.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and recommend proactive improvements.
- Train and support customer service staff on new functionalities and best practices.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce updates, releases, and industry best practices to maximize system effectiveness and compliance.
Requirements
Required:
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least over 1 year of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience with Sales or Service Cloud
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
Desirable:
- Experience with git workflows and metadata files
- Certified Salesforce Administrator or additional Salesforce certifications (e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder)
